BlueOperation: the facility operating system for airports, offices, malls, cities, hospitals and factories

The operating system of the facility

Sensors, building systems, assets and teams across the airport, office building, mall, city streets, hospital and factory meet in the same data model. Each facility's signals flow into its own BlueBox. Scroll; at every stop, see how a signal in the field turns into work.

Critical systems
Generator, UPS, O₂ line
Environment
Negative pressure, HEPA, temperature

Factory

The fault is caught before the line stops. Press vibration, compressed air, energy and forklift location in one center; OEE is calculated live and downtime causes are classified.

Night overview

When darkness falls, the city, office, mall and factory switch to night mode. Lighting is dimmed according to activity, empty floors go to sleep, and the night shift is monitored from the same screen.

Every facility is a separate solution

Every building is a separate solution. The facility's sensor and system signals flow into the box above it; the rules run there, and commands return to the field over the same line. There is no central collection point.

Overview

The signal doesn't stay in the device. It turns into work in the field.

BlueOperation is the software platform that unifies sensors, building systems, assets and teams in a single data model across airports, office buildings and shopping malls.

It is built on top of your existing BMS, cameras and panels and rips out none of them. It catches the fault before the equipment stops, opens the work order itself and measures performance itself.

Why is control lost in a complex facility?

Four familiar symptoms. Hover over or tap a row to see how each one is closed.

  • With BlueOperation, 23 system categories are gathered in one center; existing systems become data sources without being removed.

  • With BlueOperation, APM reads the trend, and the rule engine classifies the fault on threshold violation, before it grows.

  • With BlueOperation, the work order opens automatically, reaches the team as a mobile task, and the SLA clock starts running.

  • With BlueOperation, MTTR, MTTF and OEE are calculated continuously; live reports show performance every day.

Result: decisions are made not with data, but by site visits, phone calls and intuition.

Six modules, one data model

The modules are not separate products; they are layers of a single platform running on the same data model and the same rule engine. Hover over a module.

CMMS, EAM and APM already exist around the world as separate products. The difference: in BlueOperation they are merged with the technology layer in the same data model, in a single body.

The fault is caught six days before shutdown

Chiller 1 on the technical floor of an office tower. Move the cursor across the chart or use the arrow keys.

  1. 1

    Trigger

Vibration has been rising for 6 days; at 12.4 mm/s the 8.0 threshold was exceeded. Impossible to notice by eye or on a routine round.

  2. 2

    Response

APM reads the trend and the rule is triggered. The platform classifies the fault before it grows, and the CMMS opens the work order itself.

  3. 3

    Outcome

The mechanical team carries out a planned intervention. Unplanned downtime and emergency service costs are prevented before they occur.

From terminal to apron: people, vehicles and equipment on one map

At an airport, both delays and faults grow in a chain reaction. BlueOperation gathers location, maintenance and security data on the same screen; in critical infrastructure, no signal is lost.

Explore the solution
  • Apron equipment tracking

Baggage tractors and ground support vehicles are tracked in real time with UWB and BLE; instant alert on zone violation.

  • Security and passport control integration

Security, passport control, camera and fire systems on a single screen; events are verified before being reported.

  • Predictive maintenance

Vibration, temperature and current are monitored on baggage belt, escalator and passenger boarding bridge motors.

  • Terminal HVAC and energy

AHU and chiller data is read over BACnet and Modbus; unnecessary consumption in empty areas becomes visible.

Security isn't added later; it is the architecture itself

No inbound open door on field devices: all ports are closed, and communication is established only over an outbound encrypted channel.

TLS 1.2+
All traffic encrypted; TLS 1.0 and 1.1 disabled.
JWT, RS256/ES256
Signed sessions, role-based access control (RBAC).
2FA / TOTP
RFC 6238-compliant two-factor authentication.
AES-256 and mTLS
Data at rest encrypted; mutual certificates between edge and center.
Open to penetration testing
Independent pentest at the customer's request; findings are reported and closed.
Immutable logs
Immutable audit trail; minimum 1-year retention.

The hardware is yours; you choose the licensing path

Two paths, one principle: the hardware is yours under all circumstances; only the path of the software license changes.

Classes A, B and C

BlueBox Multi-Site

Single locations with a standard scope: branch, restaurant, station.

Subscription, USD 99–199/month

Class D

BlueBox Building

Large buildings in operation: elevators, generator, UPS, cameras. For office buildings and malls.

Site-specific subscription (Custom SaaS)

Class E

Enterprise

Large-scale projects: airports, campuses, multi-building complexes.

Perpetual license (CapEx) and annual maintenance agreement

Class D and E pricing is calculated from four components: base license, number of users, active devices or points, and passive inventory.
