KVKK Privacy Notice
As BlueOperation Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret A.Ş. (“BlueOperation”), acting as data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you share on this site within the framework described below.

What data do we process?
- Identity and contact details: full name, organization name, email address and, optionally, phone number.
- Request details: the facility type you select, your message and the language in which the site is displayed.
- Technical records: data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps generated on servers when you visit the site and submit the form.
- Usage statistics: country and city, device, operating system and browser type, where the visit came from and the time spent in each section. Your IP address is not stored for this purpose; a visitor identifier that changes every day and cannot be reversed is used instead.
Why do we process it?
- To respond to your demo, quote, partnership and technical requests and to contact you.
- To record your request in our support ticket system and follow it up until it is resolved.
- To keep the site and form secure and to prevent misuse and automated (bot) submissions.
- To measure anonymously which sections of the site attract interest and to improve the site.
- To fulfil our legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations and our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the explicit consent you give in the form.
How we collect it
Your data is collected electronically and by automated means when you fill in the contact form on this site.
Transfers
The information you submit in the form is recorded in the BlueOperation support portal so that your request can be answered. Your data may be shared, strictly for these purposes, with the infrastructure and hosting providers we use and with legally authorised public authorities; any transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
The “I’m not a robot” check in the contact form is performed with Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start using the form, Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to tell automated submissions apart; this transfer takes place solely for form security and in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and the law prescribes; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, its deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK, and notification of these actions to third parties to whom it was transferred.
- To object to an outcome against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems.
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your requests in writing to the address in the Data controller section or by email to info@blueoperation.io. Depending on its nature, your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit save in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is a similar technology.
What does this site use?
This site does not use cookies and does not track visitors for advertising or marketing. Only the following preference is stored in your browser:

Visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, we keep anonymous statistics on our own server without cookies: country and city, device and browser type, where the visit came from and how long was spent in each section. Your IP address is not stored and nothing is saved in your browser for this purpose; a daily-renewed identifier that cannot be reversed is used to group visits within the same day. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 13 months at the latest.
Third-party services
No third-party advertising, tracking or content delivery services are used on this site; all files, including fonts and the 3D tour library, are served from our own server. The only exception is the contact form: when you start using it, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for the “I’m not a robot” check and Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
Managing your preferences
You can delete or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Deleting the language preference only means the site opens in its default language.
