The terminal gets ready for the day
Air handling unit running in an empty wing
One wing of the terminal is empty, yet its air conditioning is running at full power. The platform puts this on the technical team's screen before the morning round.
At an airport, delays and faults alike snowball. BlueOperation unifies sensors, building systems, assets and teams in a single data model, from the baggage system to the passenger boarding bridge and from apron vehicles to the fire panel.

The terminal gets ready for the day
One wing of the terminal is empty, yet its air conditioning is running at full power. The platform puts this on the technical team's screen before the morning round.
Baggage system
A baggage belt motor has been straining for days, but nothing has failed yet. The platform notices and opens the maintenance job itself, so the fix is done before the rush starts.
Apron
As an aircraft is pushed back, a baggage tractor enters the restricted zone. The driver and the apron supervisor are alerted at the same moment.
Staff safety
The tag a worker is wearing detects a fall. The alert goes to the nearest team, and the map shows exactly where the person is.
Security and passport control
A staff door opens without a card being read. The door signal is matched with the camera image, so the operator sees a single, verified event.
Critical infrastructure
The city grid dips for a moment. Backup power takes over, the team follows it all on one screen, and the terminal never goes dark.
Live report
None of the morning's events turned into downtime. The report prepares itself, and managers all look at the same data.
Example scenario. Times, codes and values are illustrative.
The same core, running on rules built for the airport's own systems, risks and teams.
Baggage tractors and ground service vehicles are tracked live on the map; entering a restricted zone triggers an instant alert.
Security, passport control, camera and fire systems on a single screen; events are verified before being reported.
Baggage belt, escalator and boarding bridge motors are monitored; when a fault is approaching, the maintenance job opens by itself.
Air conditioning and cooling are monitored; wasted energy in empty areas shows up right away.
SOS, fall detection, no-motion and lone-worker protection for apron teams on a single platform.
UPS, generator and fire panels are monitored centrally; a warning is issued before an outage.
The systems running in the terminal stay in place. BlueOperation reads them over their own protocols and unifies them in the same data model.
Airport reference
Critical infrastructure; integration of security and passport control systems.
A detailed case study, with results, is in the Reference & Success Cases document.

Quick start, all facilities from a single center.
Data stays on the airport's own servers.
Data is processed on site, close to the device.
Critical data stays on site, reporting is centralized.
The baggage handling system, air handling units and chillers, passenger boarding bridges, elevators and escalators, fire and security systems, UPS units and generators, plus the location of apron vehicles and staff. BlueOperation unifies them in a single data model; a fault becomes a work order, a violation becomes an alert.
No. BlueOperation is installed on top of your existing systems and reads them as they are; you don't have to remove anything.
The choice is yours: cloud, on-premise, edge or hybrid deployment. It can run without critical data leaving the facility.
With small tags fitted to vehicles and worn by staff. Every vehicle and person appears on a live map, with rules for restricted zones, SOS, falls and inactivity.
Turkistan Airport, Kazakhstan: critical infrastructure; integration of security and passport systems. A detailed case study is available on request.
Share your system list; we'll show you, on your own terminal, which data turns into which action.
