Before opening
Air handling unit running all night
Twenty minutes to opening. An air handling unit in the west wing ran all night without stopping. The platform shows the technical team before the doors open.
In a mall, the visitor experience depends on the technical infrastructure running quietly. BlueOperation reads footfall, requests and equipment health together; teams go to the right place at the right moment.

Request via QR
A visitor scans the QR code in the restroom to report that the soap has run out. The request lands as a task on the nearest cleaning team's phone.
Visitor density
Saturday afternoon, and the main entrance is packed. Cleaning and security teams are sent to the busiest floor, and every team is visible on the map.
Escalator
The motor of the escalator in the atrium has been running hot for a few days. Maintenance is scheduled for closing time before anything breaks, so the escalator keeps running at peak hours.
Fire, CCTV and security
A smoke detector goes off in the car park. The alarm and the camera image open on the same screen, and the operator sees at once that it is exhaust from an idling car.
End of day
The doors are closed and the escalator maintenance has started. The day's report is ready on its own; who did what, and when, is always clear.

Visitors report restroom, cleaning or fault issues via QR; the request turns into a work order.
Motors are monitored; maintenance is scheduled for closing time before anything breaks.
Existing panels and cameras are connected without being removed; alarm and video on the same screen.
Air conditioning and lighting in common areas are monitored; out-of-hours consumption shows up right away.
Tasks land on the team's phones; who did what, and when, is always clear.
Panels, cameras and air handling units stay in place. BlueOperation reads them over their own protocols and unifies them in the same data model.
